Let the compass be your guide
Do you ever feel lost and overwhelmed by the demands of your hectic life – need a boost to get you back on track? We all do. It’s times like these that we need to get back to the basics – to get back in touch with our core values and inner strengths. We need to acknowledge our peak experiences and all that we are grateful for to remind ourselves that we are good, whole and worthy of life’s gifts.
As you progress through the tools in Coaching Sanctuary, you will be guided toward your true, authentic self. Through the stories, exercises and practices of the Journey, you will explore your true values and strengths, identify your peak experiences, look at what gives you joy and energy, and learn to be grateful. You will also create an inner vow, or personal mantra, that keeps you focused on your authentic self. You will then take all of these reflections and create a compass – your own personal navigator to your true self.
The compass bridges the gap between your experience in the journey, and the true gifts that guide you through your life. Whether you are searching for that perfect job or mate, struggling with a tough decision or wishing you had something other than what you got, you can refer to the points of the compass for reflection or guidance, and to remind yourself what’s really most important.
You can change and update the compass at any time. By being true to yourself and looking within to answer these questions, you allow the Compass to guide when you need it most.
